 \nThe Zoning Hearing Board is a local court for zoning matters. The purpos
 e of the Zoning Hearing Board is to hear and consider appeals\, challenges
 \, variances and special exceptions from provisions of the Summit Township
  Zoning Ordinance. The Board consists of three members who are appointed b
 y the Board of Supervisors.  Applications to be heard by the Board must b
 e submitted by the last Monday of the month preceding the intended Zoning 
 Hearing Board meeting.
