 g Hearing Board is a local court for zoning matters. The purpose of the Zo
 ning Hearing Board is to hear and consider appeals\, challenges\, variance
 s and special exceptions from provisions of the Summit Township Zoning Ord
 inance. The Board consists of three members who are appointed by the Board
  of Supervisors.  Applications to be heard by the Board must be submitted
  by the last Monday of the month preceding the intended Zoning Hearing Boa
 rd meeting.
