The Phase 3 detour is scheduled to begin Wednesday, July 13, 2022, with the closure of Flower Road and the Erie Co. Tech School Flower Road entrance. Flower Road detour will utilize Reichert Road, Dunn Valley Road, and Oliver Road. This will be a 4.5-mile detour and is scheduled to last 15 days.
