Winter Parking/Plowing Information

No On Street Parking
(November 1st – April 30th)

During winter maintenance operation months it is unlawful to park vehicles on any public roadway in Summit Township. Vehicles/structures parked in the road prohibit road crews from being able to plow effectively during a snow event. Tickets will be issued by code enforcement to vehicles/structures in the roadway.

Plowing Snow Across Roadways Prohibited

Per Ordinance 1991-03, it is unlawful for any person to deposit snow or ice upon any public roadway dedicated and accepted by the Township and/or maintained by the Township.
