As part of the Old Dominion Project, Footmill Road is scheduled to be closed starting on August 24^th for reconstruction. The portion of Footmill Road from Pennbriar Drive along the Old Dominion site will be reconstructed and widened to accommodate the future truck traffic to the site. The road closure is expected to last 2-3 weeks and will be paved in early September after Labor Day. The final topcoat of asphalt is not expected to be completed until the project nears completion in case any repairs are needed due to construction.
