The project area includes Route 19 (Peach Street) from the intersection with Dorn Road and the intersection with Oliver Road (Route 4008).

The purpose of the project is to reduce traffic congestion and improve safety.
Proposed work includes widening and safety improvements to Route 19 from the intersection with Robison Road (Route 4024) to the intersection with Dorn Road. Currently there are two travel lanes in that area of roadway. The project will add an additional center turn lane on Route 19 to match the lane configuration south of Dorn Road, which was constructed in 2015.

Improvements at the intersection of Route 19 and Robison Road will include creating a right turn lane for eastbound traffic on Robison Road wanting to turn onto Route 19. Additionally milling and paving is proposed for Route 19 from Robison Road to Oliver Road and the existing culvert near the 8270 Peach Plaza will be replaced
