Visit the Erie County Long Range Transportation Plan Website
The Erie Metropolitan Planning Organization is pleased to invite you to participate in a survey and public meeting for the ongoing Erie County Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) Update 2052 planning effort. A large part of the LRTP update is involving you, the members of the public, to help identify the current transportation needs and issues that Erie County faces.
The Erie MPO 2052 LRTP is a multimodal transportation plan that includes a prioritized list of planned transportation improvements using Federal and State dollars, outlines planned investments in transit and airport projects and recommends policies across the County.
Public Meetings are scheduled for October 23rd, one from 1pm-3pm and another from 6pm-8pm. Both meetings will be held at the Booker T. Washington Center, 1720 Holland St, Erie, PA 16503.
In addition, the LRTP website contains information about upcoming meetings, and links to a 5-question public survey, https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/erielrtp2052, and the Wikimap, https://new.wikimapping.com/erielrtp2052. The Wikimap allows the public to identify specific locations in the County where improvements are needed.
