UPDATE 6/27/2024:
Seal Coat (tar and chip) projects are scheduled to begin on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, weather dependent. The following roads will be seal coated:
Elk Creek Road from Waterford Township Line to Hamot Road and Dunn Valley Road.
Hamot Road from Dunn Valley Road to Marlee Way.
New Road the entire length.
- Paving on Hamot has started today (Tuesday 6/18/24) and anticipated to take two days to complete.
- Thursday, the road crew will be working on Elk Creek Road between Hamot Road and the Waterford Township Line in preparation for seal coat (tar and chip).
- Friday, the road crew will be completing the last portion of storm sewer on New Road to finish that project.
- Next Monday (6/24/24), the paving operation will move to Old French Road and continue to Johnson Road and Old Perry Highway.
- Looking head to the near future, seal coating (tar and chip) is scheduled to take place around the end of June early July. Elk Creek Road from Hamot Road to the Waterford Township Line, Hamot Road from Marlee Way to the McKean Township line, and New Road will be seal coated.
