Auditors Board

The Board of Auditors audit, settle and adjust the accounts of all elected or appointed officials of the township and its boards or agencies that received or disbursed funds of or owing to the township during the immediately preceding calendar year. If a CPA is contracted by the Board of Supervisors to perform the Annual Audit, then the Board of Auditors sole responsibility is to determine the compensation for the current year for Supervisors employed by the township. The Board of Auditors meet annually on the day following the day designated for organization of the Board of Supervisors.
