Luminary Distilling offers a unique micro distillery experience; visit Luminary Distilling to take a look into spirit production, bottle sales, and their tasting room with traditional cocktails. At Luminary Distilling, they take small batch artisan distilling literally; their largest finishing still is only 53 gallons. The summer business hours are Monday & Wednesday 4pm-9pm, Thursday 3pm-9pm, Friday 3pm-10pm, Saturday 1pm-10pm and Sunday 1pm-5pm.
