Blaze Pizza….opened in April 2017, located at 1930 Douglas Parkway, Suite 400 in the Small Shops Plaza.  Blaze Pizza is on Pace to become the fifth largest pizza chain by 2020.  Blaze Pizza has spent the past 18 months working with suppliers to remove artificial colors, flavors, preservatives and high fructose corn syrup from a short list of ingredients in the restaurants. Resulting from these efforts, the brand has nixed the nitrates in its cured meats, upgraded to salad dressings and garlic without artificial preservatives and moved to a barbeque sauce made without high fructose corn syrup.  Consistent with its clean food philosophy, Blaze Pizza’s dough is made from scratch daily.  Blaze pizza chain offers more choices of what to put on your pizza than most other restaurants.  The toppings offered include red sauces, white sauce and a pesto sauce, several different choices of cheese and plenty of vegetables.  The pizza oven is hot and fast. It truly cooks the pizza in a matter of three or four minutes. If you like thin crust pizza, the original Blaze is for you.  There’s also the gluten-free pizza available.
