Newsletter

Summit Township publishes a quarterly community newsletter, titled “News from the Summit”. The newsletter contains a wide range of information on the Summit community, including: staff, meeting schedules, services, events, recycling, recreational programs, history, local non-profit organizations, schools, churches and senior center happenings. It also contains information from the Supervisors, Water Authority, Sewer Authority, District Justice and Tax Collector, as well as a column titled “Here We Grow Again” which updates residents on new community businesses and residential developments.

The newsletter is published in February, May, August and November. Copies are mailed to all Township residences and businesses by the 15th day of these months. Information to be included must be submitted to the Township no later than the 20th day of the month preceding publication. No paid advertisements or political submittals are accepted. Extra copies of the newsletter are available for pick-up at the Municipal Building.
